I
have been intimately involved in the real estate industry in the local
area since 1985. My wife Diane and I founded Sheraton Real Estate Management
and Sheraton Services at that time. We know what it takes to “roll
our sleeves up” and complete the job at hand. We started in a
spare bedroom of our first home in Chico and now Sheraton has grown
to be one of the largest management and service firms in the region,
employing over 100 managers and technicians with a wide portfolio of
investment properties. Although I am still majority owner of the Management
and Services firms, as a result of a seasoned staff and also due to
numerous requests by many of my investors, I offer services in sales
in the local area. I do not solicit listings but obtain them via “word-of-mouth”
or through my business relationships. I have a wide range of experience
on the physical aspects of a property as well as the financial criteria
that is necessary. I understand the “mind set” of an investor
as I am an owner of investment property myself. As a result, I can guide
a buyer or seller with confidence. I am a former Bank Operations Officer and in addition to my Real estate Broker’s license I hold state licenses in the following areas:
• Licensed Painting Contractor
• Licensed Landscape Contractor
• Licensed General Contractor
I am passionate about conducting business with excellence, trust, and
integrity. Business relationships must possess these qualities to be
successful. I am a past President of the North Valley Property Owner’s
Association as well as a former board member of the Chico Chamber of
Commerce.
