Welcome to the Application Process!
The process is actually very simple. Only two forms are needed.

Step 1
The first form is the Application to Rent. Complete both sides (no blank spaces please), date and sign at the bottom.

Step 2
The second form is the Guarantee of Rental Agreement. This is to be completed by the individual guaranteeing your rental payments. This is necessary if you are not employed full time and do not meet the financial criteria. Approximately 95% of our applicants require a Guarantee.

Step 3
Either drop off the forms at the main office or fax them at (530) 342-2894. Be sure a copy of the guarantor’s driver’s license is included with the Guarantee of Rental Agreement.

That’s it! We try to respond within 24 hours of the date we receive both forms.
